Not in Bryan, TX often. While I was out there, took the opportunity to take my daughter out for brunch. Played it safe and ordered some pancakes. Food was good. Our server, Dylan, was great. Overall enjoyable experience.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience thanks to NASH. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. His professionalism and attention to detail elevated our entire evening. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. On top of that, his positive attitude and genuine kindness made us feel completely taken care of. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only excels at their job but also makes you feel so welcome. We left with full hearts and full stomachs. Thank you Nash, for making our night so special!

Your bartenders are the best! Especially Chad! Bailey made some awesome espresso martinis today. Honestly, everyone has been so nice here at The Stella.

We spent the night at the Stella Hotel and decided to have dinner and breakfast at their Campfire restaurant. Both meals were very yummy! Service was exceptionally good. We ordered the charcuterie, board garlic, Parmesan, french fries Caesar salad, and banana pudding for dinner. Everything was great the salad was fresh and you can tell everything is made from scratch! For breakfast, we ordered the Belgian waffles and the omelette with a side of ham. I would come back just for the waffles! I have no complaints

We had an incredible dining experience, thanks in large part to our server, Oscar Martinez. From the moment we were seated, Oscar was polite, welcoming, and full of great energy. He really hyped up the menu in the best way—his enthusiasm was contagious! He recommended some amazing options, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, but Oscar's attentive service truly made the night special. He checked in at just the right moments and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend dining here—and if you're lucky enough to have Oscar as your server, you're in for a treat!

Nash was knowledgable and professional. We enjoyed having him as a waiter. So friendly too! Made our first time experience enjoyable!

We always enjoy spending time at the Stella Hotel. It starts at the door with valet service and the hostesses greeting you. Our room is always very clean and comfortable. We love the food in the restaurant. Luke always greets us like we’re friends and welcomes us into the restaurant. The food there at the Campfire is delicious. The best hamburgers and steaks in town. We love the s’more dessert to finish the meal.

The food was perfect! Our server Nash was an excellent server. We had an awesome experience. I highly recommend!
